"Reduce the base POW of Cataclysm by 1 for each full inch between the target en this model".

FAQs, Rule Clarifications, and Errata
While the Harbinger's feat is active, a model that makes multiple advance moves (such as Side-Step, Leash, Beat Back, etc.) would take damage after each movement is completed if each move brought them closer. The wording is such that it will trigger after each advance, not just once per turn. Each move is looked at individually to determine if the enemy model is moving closer.

Advance moves are voluntary movements. Pushes, slams, throws, and other forms of involuntary movement will not trigger the damage from her feat.

Awe and Martyrdom are within her command range, not her control area. This is sometimes easy to forget for new players.

Even if the Cataclysm spell is channel through an arc node, the damage is still based on the range of the target from the Harbinger.
