History before he came to the deathwatch:

*side note*:before this event Brother Absalom became a member of the 3rd company of the Dark Angels

Little is know from this battle brother expect from notable event were he was in. At the Battle of Piscina he together with his sqaud tried to defend one of the recruiting worlds against an ork invasion led by none other then Warlord Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka who came there by full suprise of the dark angels and the inhabitant. They defended the planet best they could but at the end the trusted friend the captain of Battle brother Absalom got killed by an explosion of an ork stikkbomb Absalom himself carried his battle brother away and saw by the messy wound it was a lost cause, Absalom gave his battle brother his the last rites and swore vengeance for him. After the battle ended the shards of his fallen comrades armor were remade into anew... this armor is the armor he still wears as off today to keep in memory the vengeance he swore for his battle brother so that every enemy of the Imperium will fall before the emperor's might.




The second notable event where Battle Brother Absalom is noted is the Pursuit of the Voice that occured at the 13th Black Crusade. It is here where he showed his true combat skill where he fought the Dark Angels great rival the Space Wolves. His duel was short and fierce on his behalf he defeated the Space Wolf (Name Unknown) with an overwhelming charge. Because of his victorious battle he earned a ceremonial blade named Unrelenting Fury a name suited for an overwhelming fighter. Do not mistake him for a mindless charger he is calm and knows where to stand his ground when the cause of it is needed. At the Pursuit of the Voice they fought fierce but not along side the Space Wolves as their mutual rivalry was stronger then their will to fight along side eachother. After a great few fights and holding of the legions of chaos. Battle Brother Absalom alongside his squad were called back for unknown reasons by their chapter to fight somewhere else. *More data from further engagements cannot be found nor does Absalom himself talk about it*

The reason of joining the deathwatch:
After a long time Battle Brother Absalom saw that the time was right to make himself go true to his promise to his fallen friend. And where was it better to slay the enemy of the Imperium other then at the full brunt of it itself. He went to the inner circle itself and asked humbly if he could join the deathwatch in the name of the Dark Angels. After a long debate and lots of Oaths of secrecy and tests they granted him this permission with the blessing of the inner circle. He will now fight in the name of the Dark Angels for the deathwatch until his duty ends in death or until the deathwatch see his duty has been fulfilled.

Due to extensive cybernetic augmentation there aren’t really any remarkable appearance traits left on this space marine, other than that fact.

Little is known of the man who would become known as Brother Cain. If he ever had a last name, he kept it to himself. Recruited from the Iron hands homeworld of Medusa, the boy had lost one of his legs during one of the clan wars. On the unforgiving death world of Medusa, those who can’t keep up with the nomadic clans and aid in their continued existence are left behind out of necessity, but the boy replaced his leg with an augmentic of his own design, and lived on. Needless to say, this was a factor when he was selected to be a novice of the iron hands.

During his training, the boy showed gritty determination, ice cold accuracy, ironclad endurance and above all else fiendish intelligence. His training was taken over by the tech marines and after his full initiation into the chapter he spent several decennia on Mars to learn the secrets of the mechanicum, and returned as a tech marine of the iron hands. Over the years he has replaced a great deal of his body with augmentics, first of all his face. Some of the older marines in his chapter speak of a time when his face was still human, and he would be unable to look at it, breaking every mirror in which he would catch its reflection. While even extreme for an iron hand, this kind of behavior is not uncommon and even approved of amongst their ranks, and no one ever asked the why of it. Remember: the flesh is weak, and should indeed be despised.

While fighting with the iron hands, brother Cain’s place is among the heavy support, manning his own predator battle tank. Due to his machine cult cyber mantle interface, servitor aid and heavy, self-conceived modifications to the tank, he is able to pilot it by himself. One day he hopes to build an MIU unit into his body, but while he is working on it, this is the next best thing.

Brother Cain distinguished himself during the battle of Medusa, where Abaddon the despoiler launched the greatest tank offensive since the Horus heresy during the 13th black crusade. When the enemy attempted a flanking maneuver to threaten the vulnerable rear of the iron hand’s riding fortresses, he was part of the predator counter attack. Not only did he perform admirably, in the midst of battle he left the safety of his tank to perform his duty as a techmarine, and got several dozens of damaged tanks back in the fight by performing field repairs with no materials other than pieces of other tanks beyond salvaging.

Now, brother Cain has become a member of the deathwatch. While he knows his duty and will never forget it, he also hopes to find and examine rare technology in the arsenal of the deathwatch and the inquisition, ever working towards his goal of enhancing his body and shedding his mortal and weak flesh.

kzou ook nog willen zegge dat de mensen dien nog niet hun char. name/demeanor en history erop hebbe gezet minstens de naam en demeanor erop te zette zodat kris daar al tenminste "rekening" mee kan houde

The Story of Brother Jones:
The History of Brother Jones told by Brother Jones himself:
“It began when I was just in the 6th company of the First Founding of the Dark Angels. I had already fought in several minor campaigns, but in the 6th, I witnessed my first challenges and threats as a Librarian: I had to fight and kill other Psykers, lead small troops to victory when the captain was down and had to resist the taints of the warp. Thanks to these small contributions towards victory of the 6th company, the company master of the 6th took interest in me and made me his right-hand. I helped him with minor problems in his tactics, but I never made tactics of my own because I am not a true tactician, and he taught me the skill of interrogating. I learnt much from my time in the 6th, but when time passed, I was ready to join the 5th. After being fully examined and tested, the company master of the 5th accepted me, on one condition. He was convinced that I didn’t have enough experience with all different sorts of Xenos and traitors, so he decided that I must join the Deathwatch before joining the 5th. I first had my doubts about joining but I quickly accepted, because this was a way to bring more honour to our chapter. Before I started this new adventure, the company master of the 6th had come to see me one last time and gave me his ceremonial sword: ‘Brother, may this sword bring thee luck in your new quests and may it protect thee from the taint of Xenos and Traitors. May the Emperor’s blessing be with you!’ With these final words said to me, I left for the Deathwatch.”
